Chad Ketler
President & CEO

Mr. Ketler has been with Community Properties of Ohio since its inception in April 2003. He is currently President & CEO of Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO Management), an affiliate of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH). CPO Management began as a $133 million preservation initiative, consisting of 250 buildings and 1,385 scattered-site units in seven inner-city neighborhoods. This effort sought to create neighborhood stability and a climate of revitalization through housing renovation and effective management. Mr. Ketler is responsible for directing all facets of the organization including financial management, operations and business development. He also serves as the President & CEO of the 501(c)3, Community Properties Impact Corporation (CPO Impact) and plays a key role in maintaining the mission-driven focus of the organization.

Mr. Ketler serves on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Compliance Advisory Committee. He is an active member of the CAA (Columbus Apartment Association), represents CPO nationally through NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association), and is the former President of MAHMA (Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association).



 

Barry Stayer
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stayer joined Community Properties of Ohio Management Services in July 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. He provides asset management level oversight on financial projects as well as overseeing all day-to-day operations of the accounting department. He has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the non-profit, public, and affordable housing industry. Mr. Stayer has demonstrated a strong commitment to non-profit organizations, serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for a number of organizations, as well as serving on finance committees and performing financial reviews for several small non profits. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Akron.

 

Amanda Leclerc
Director of Resident Services

Ms. Leclerc, LSW (she/her) joined Community Properties of Ohio in September 2021 as the Director of Resident Services. She is responsible for program planning, implementation and evaluation to build on and expand the strong foundation of services and initiatives of CPO Impact. Ms. Leclerc has over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, focused in the areas of crisis resolution, mental health, homelessness and housing. Ms. Leclerc partnered with the youth service provider community along with the Community Shelter Board to design and implement Columbus's first coordinated entry system for youth experiencing homelessness. She holds a BS in Social Work from the Ohio State University, is certified in Advanced Critical Incident Stress Management, and Basic Mediation.

Ms. Leclerc was part of the Columbus CEO Future 50 class of 2020 and in 2021 was named as an emerging LGBTQIA+ leader in Columbus. Ms. Leclerc is passionate about ending the stigma associated with mental health and addiction, serving underserved communities and is committed to supporting individuals to achieve the life they see for themselves.



 

Gail Adams
Service Coordinator Lead

Mrs. Adams joined Community Properties of Ohio in March 2005 as Senior Service Coordinator. She coordinates with social service agencies and other community resources to assist senior and disabled residents to age in place. She works to ensure these residents receive needed resources such as home health, shopping and transportation services. Additional responsibilities include assisting seniors to access pantries and other food distributions agencies, coordinating medical needs, and providing emotional and mental health support. Mrs. Adams has over ten years experience in field of service coordination. She is certified in the field of Professional Service Coordination and is a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators (AASC). She currently serves as Service Coordinator Lead, responsible for the oversight of all service coordinators. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a specialization in the field of Gerontology.



 

Imani Chandler
Service Coordinator

Ms. Chandler joined Community Properties of Ohio in January 2022 as Service Coordinator for Cambridge Arms Apartments. She assists residents with linkage to supportive services and health care services that help them live independently and age in place, while maintaining their dignity and autonomy. She has over five years' of experience in the field of Social Service. Ms. Chandler has demonstrated empathy, cultural competence and professional commitment throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Family and Child Studies.



 

Ottis Compton
Senior Systems Administrator

Mr. Compton joined Community Properties of Ohio in 2022 as Senior Systems Administrator. He has over 27 years of experience in the Information Technology field in both the public and private sectors. In previous tenures he has been responsible for multiple global CRM projects including project management, installations, and support. Other primary responsibilities have included Systems Administration, DevOps engineer, and global steering committee member for company platforms and network design.

Mr. Compton's key focus is to oversee the Information Technology needs of the company while increasing the operational standards, integration capabilities and efficiency of the company's core information systems. He graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business.



 

Nicole Hill
Childhood Strategy Coordinator

Ms. Hill joined Community Properties of Ohio in April 2015 and is our Childhood Strategy Coordinator. She oversees all CPO Childhood Initiatives and helps coordinate the asset building programs for our residents. Ms. Hill has a demonstrated passion for working with children and families. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Education.



 

DaVita Jackson
Marketing Coordinator

Mrs. Jackson joined Community Properties of Ohio in 2013 and is currently the Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for the effective development and management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities and resources for the organization. She provides strategic design guidance and the quality oversight necessary to effectively manage numerous projects and service initiatives. She maintains company websites and manages various multimedia accounts.

As a former resident of CPO Management, her perspective provides an acute understanding of the barriers residents and CPO Impact participants experience. Mrs. Jackson began working with Community Properties of Ohio as an AmeriCorps VISTA in 2009 and a Graphic Design consultant in 2010. She was promoted to Marketing and Communications Assistant, and then to Graphic Designer in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Ohio Dominican University.



 

Andrea Migliozzi
Stable Families Coordinator

Ms. Migliozzi joined Community Properties of Ohio in April 2021 as the Stable Families Coordinator. She provides education and training around Trauma Responsive Care for the organization, as well as the creation of new procedures and communications to help move forward the mission of championing residents with a trauma-informed perspective. In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Migliozzi oversees emergency services around rental assistance and coordinates resident outreach to build a stronger, more stable community for CPO's residents. She has over a decade of experience in the fields of education and housing, and holds a Masters of Social Work degree in Community and Social Justice. In addition to her social work license, she holds certifications in Trauma Responsive Care, Mediation, Allyship, Motivational Interviewing, and Bridges out of Poverty.

Ms. Migliozzi is passionate about creating systems which are equitable, safe, and growth-oriented. She loves being a part of a team that works to make that a reality in the affordable housing world.



 

Tara Smith
Engagement Specialist

Ms. Smith joined Community Properties of Ohio in May 2022 as Engagement Specialist. Her primary focus is to establish positive relationships with residents and to leverage community resources to support their housing stability. Ms. Smith has over 5 years of experience in the housing and mental health fields. She is passionate about extending kindness to all, with a willingness to help those in need. Ms. Smith is attending New Hampshire University and has completed coursework related to Business and Psychology.



 

Wendy Williams
Service Coordinator

Mrs. Williams joined Community Properties of Ohio in June 2022 as Service Coordinator for Horizon House Apartments. She has volunteered at Horizon House Apartments since 2012 assisting with activities and resident events. As Service Coordinator, she assists elderly and disabled residents with connections to stabilization resources such as Health and Home Care, transportation, food pantries and more. She encourages residents to participate in activities provided such as exercise, crafts, games and socialization. She has over 20 years' experience working with elderly and disabled people. One her favorite projects was helping with the Senior Olympics for over 16 years. Mrs. Williams main objective is to help residents age in place.
